FORMATS
We promote 3 different competition formats.
The skills competition is a form of competition in which the participants have to master various parkour movement challenges. The competition area contains several stations where challenges have to be completed. The evaluation is based on the number of challenges mastered, taking into account the number of attempts used or within a specified time frame.
The speed competition is a form of competition in which the participants have to cross a competition course in the shortest possible time. At least one start and finish point are defined, as well as checkpoints placed in between.
The freestyle competition is a form of competition in which the participants present a parkour run and/or a parkour combo in a predefined competition area. The parkour run and/or combo is assessed by judges in terms of difficulty, execution and complexity.
